I'm sure Apple Silicon will eventually become good for my usecase too. I'll need Docker Desktop with x86_64 compability. It is currently in open preview, and have reached release candidate 3 status. So once it becomes generally available, and when the initial bugs sorted out, I'll will also jump on the wagon.
